Bhola Banstola, hereditary shamanic healer (Jhankri), an experienced guide and shamanic teacher, offers the opportunity to study the rich shamanic traditions of her culture - in Nepal!

During these extraordinary immersive tours you will meet shamans of different ethnicities (men and women) in their healing spaces. You will have the opportunity to learn in-depth healing practices in a cozy indoor conference room created specifically for this purpose, outdoors in sacred places and in a temple complex, or outside in Nature.

Bhola and Mimi have been collaborating for more than twenty years with many elderly and young shamans, men and women of different traditions and cultural backgrounds. Led by them, you will visit shamans who transmit long lineages of wisdom into their homes for consultation, divination, and healing.

The program is designed in such a way that you will have four to five days of full immersion in experiential lessons indoors with rites and healing ceremonies; visits to sacred places to offer prayers and ceremonies; places of power and temples; villages; medieval palaces, squares, participation in local ceremonies and rites and more.

Nepal is as complex as its intricate and refined interweaving of deep ancient traditions and cultures. Festivals and ceremonies mark ancient rites, the urban environment radiates innovation and nature gives a splendid diversity of colors, lights, scents and rhythms.

Participants wander the ancient alleys and squares of the old buildings of the city of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan observing the beauty of the craftsmanship in the woods or in the stones or in the terracotta: every corner and creation seems divine! Participate in and observe the ceremonies and rites in the temples of Pashupatinath, Navadurga, Krishna, Bhairava, in the temples of Shiva, etc. they take you to the depth of pure awareness and memory. The fluttering prayer flags and rolling prayer wheels of Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and other monasteries remind us to turn the wheel of time and be in the present moment. Visiting mountain communities, living with them and understanding their ways of living and living takes us back to a distant Middle Ages.

Working skills, passion, refinement and perfection in local art, craftsmanship, sacred paintings, handmade works, etc. make Nepal one of the best shopping destinations. Sacred shopping - a very topical term - consists of small and large metal, wood and terracotta statues and symbols, sacred hand-drawn paintings of thankka and mandala, drawings on paper, etc. They are rare and can only be found in Nepal.

Nepalese holidays sometimes engulf your days and nights. From masked dances of divinities and goddesses to mythical beliefs in which ancient shows unfold on the melody of brass bands, drums, dishes and sacred songs in rapid expansion. The complex and rich cultural heritage of Nepal cannot be more real and visceral than when you are immersed in a street and ancient courtyard dances: how can you control yourself without joining them! Ancient gods reincarnate in human forms; pilgrims climb the mountains to honor the deities and dive into the cold waters of the sacred lakes in the Himalayas high in the middle of the night; ancestors are honored; life is respected; shamans embody and incorporate spirits and perform healing ceremonies; Gandharva play heavenly music and Apsara dance among humans.

A special focus on visiting shamans from different cultural and traditional backgrounds will be the main focus of the experience. We weave together the Nepalese worldview of life, rites of passage, health and healing processes, ceremonies and healing rituals, initiations and more. The group will visit not only the natural sacred places, but also the squares, palaces, open museums, temples and monasteries. Four days and three nights welcomed in the family and meeting with shamans are experiences that will change your life.

For those interested, there will be a jogging lesson and two full days of yoga classes while staying at the houses. You are welcome to participate.
