The personal data collected by registration is processed to allow access to the services provided by the portal and reserved for registered users, as well as for the fulfillment of any related legal obligations. The provision of personal data for that purpose is functional to the services required and if you refuse to give it, you will be unable to perform the services. Treatment does not require the consent of those affected.
Personal data can also be processed for sending commercial and promotional information, direct sales, market research on products, services and events (below referred to as "marketing activities") of the Nepal-Shaman Association. Treatment for marketing purposes will come through traditional tools (paper mail) and through the use of remote communication techniques, such as telephone, even without operator, e-mail, mms, sms. Providing data for this purpose is optional and processing requires the customer's consent. Consent given for sending commercial and promotional communications through automated ex art tools. 130, commi 1 and 2, D. lg. # 196/03 also extends to traditional contact modes.
With the consent of those concerned, electronic tools are carried out, with electronic tools, activities of analysis of navigation data and purchasing and professional choices ("profiling") in order to improve the marketing of the Nepal-Shaman Association. Failure to consent to profiling activities would make it impossible to improve the marketing offer in order to make it in line with the interests of users.

Personal data may be processed by those responsible for the management of the required services, marketing activities and the processors.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, that is, to comply with orders from public authorities that are legitimate or to enforce or defend a right in court. If necessary in relation to particular services or products required, personal data may be disclosed to third parties who perform, as self-employed holders of treatment, functions closely related and instrumental to the provision of those services or to the provision of those products (e.g. Italian Post Office S.p.A., etc.). Without communication, these services and products could not be provided. Your personal information will not be disclosed unless the service you request requires the publication of the name.

You have the right to obtain an indication of the origin of your personal data; purpose and manner of treatment; logic applied in the case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic tools; of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as managers or appointees.
You have the right to obtain the update, the adjustment or, when you are interested in it, the integration of the data; the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that is not required to be retained in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; the evidence that the above transactions have been made aware, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, except in the case where such compliance proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected law.
The person has the right to object, in all or part, to legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, although relevant to the purpose of the collection; personal data that relates to it for marketing purposes. The right of the person to object to the processing of data for the marketing purposes carried out with automated contact methods extends to the traditional ones, while the person is entitled to exercise that right in all or part, i.e. by opposing, for example, the provision of promotional communications made through automated tools.
