The processing of personal data is managed over time by specific responsibilities identified within the commercial organization.

Personal data are collected and subsequently processed according to the principles expressed by the Privacy Policy adopted by the Nepal-Shaman Association, indicated in this Privacy Policy. At the time of the possible delivery of the data, a summary but complete information is provided to the person concerned, as required by art. 13 of the D.lgs. # 196/03.

Personal data are treated lawfully and fairly; are registered for certain, explicit and legitimate purposes; the purpose of the treatment is relevant and not in excess of the purpose of the treatment; are retained for the time it takes for the purposes of collection.

The purpose of processing personal data is disclosed to those concerned at the time of collection. Any new data processing, if unrelated to the stated purposes, are activated after new information to the person concerned and possible request for consent, when requested by the D.lgs. # 196/03. In any case, personal data is not disclosed to third parties or disseminated without the prior consent of the person concerned, except in the cases expressly indicated by art. 24 of the D.lgs. No.196/03.

Personal data is accurate and updated over time. They are also organized and preserved so that the person is given the opportunity to know, if he wishes, what data has been collected and recorded, as well as to check the quality and request any correction, integration, cancellation for violation of the law or opposition to treatment and to exercise all other rights, within and within the limits of art. 7 of the D.lgs. # 196/03, at the addresses indicated in the Ex art Statement. 13 of the D.lgs. # 196/03 on the Nepal-Shaman Association website.

Personal data are protected by technical, it informational, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures, against the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, and unauthorized access or unauthorized treatment. Treatments related to the web services offered by this site take place at the headquarters of the Nepal-Shaman Association and possibly at the offices of the External Treatment Managers and are handled by those responsible for the management of the required services, marketing activities – where requested by the user – data storage activities and occasional maintenance operations.

Scope of data communication
Personal data can be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, in the execution of orders from public authorities that are legitimate or still to enforce or defend a right in court. If necessary in relation to particular services or products required, personal data may be communicated to third parties who perform, as self-employed controllers, functions closely related and instrumental to the provision of services or the provision of products. Types of data collected, purposes and methods of treatment

The delivery of data
Apart from what is specified for the browsing data, the user is free to give or not the personal data required in the forms of registration to the services. On these forms, however, some data may be marked as mandatory; it must be understood that such data is necessary for the provision of the requested service. If this data is not provided, the requested service cannot be provided and the related opportunities will not be available.

At the time of the possible delivery of the data, as required by art. 13 of the D.lgs. # 196/03, a summary but complete information is given to the person on the purpose and manner of the treatments, on the obligatory or optional nature of the data, on the consequences of non-conference, on the subjects or categories of persons to whom personal data can be disclosed and the scope of dissemination of the data, on the rights referred to in art. 7 of the D.lgs. # 196/03 (access, integration, update, correction, cancellation for violation of the law, opposition to treatment, etc.), on the identity and location of the owner and the or those responsible for the treatment. The person concerned is therefore called to express his informed consent, free, expressed in a specific form and documented in the form provided by the law, where required by the same. If the granting of personal data takes place at a later stage, additions may be provided to the information already made and the new consents to the treatment arranged by the Code may be provided.

Security measures taken to protect collected data
Nepal-Shaman Association uses "safe" architectures and technologies to protect personal data against undue disclosure, alteration or misuse. The protections activated against personal data are aimed, in particular, to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of data, unauthorized access or treatment that is not allowed or does not comply with the purposes of collection. These safety measures obviously meet the minimum requirements set out by the Legislator (Technical Discipline in relation to minimum safety measures referred to in Articles. 33 to 36 of the D.lgs. # 196/03). Security measures are constantly monitored and periodically verified. Individuals who refer to personal data have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its contents and origin, verify its accuracy or ask for its integration or update, or adjustment (art. 7 of the D.lgs. # 196/03). Under the same article, the person has the right to request the deletion, anonymous transformation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
